OUR COMPANY

We have created a company that develops real estate projects, and builds houses between 1,800 and 2,000 square feet, with 3 and 4 bedrooms with 2 to 3 bathrooms, Thinking about people, we wanted to make modern houses breaking the scheme that has been used in these cities creating a new alternative for the average workers in the city. Our finished houses are priced between 325k and 425k dollars, being at this price level they are subject to being accepted by FHA real estate loans, in this way people interested in buying our houses can access more comfortable credits , so that our houses can be sold faster since they will have a greater demand.

This project stems from the need to build new houses in sectors of average income in the city of Miami, for us it is well known to build large skyscrapers and large mansions, but we forget that in Miami Dade and Broward approximately 80 % of the people who live in these counties have an income of less than 50,000 dollars a year, and the city forgot that the mayority of that people still live with the want to own a "High End" modern house.
